Screening and booking can be alot of work and having someone else do it for you takes lots of trust.
First let me tell you that I've been in this business for 7 yrs. I have had only 1 bad review from a client who tried to force things on me at the time that I didn't do and tried to haggle my rates. I have NEVER been arrested, busted or abused in any way. I believe that all these years I must be doing something right to keep me out of trouble.
I would like to offer you my services to help ease some of the stress off of youself. I feel that I am very confident in my screening process. I always check references for the ladies given as references. I want to know how gentlemenly the men were. How well they treated her or if there were any problems with that client.
I read the Alert section, check Provider Buzz, and view P411. I have always kept my mind on what is going on around us.
As well I will be getting a new upscale incall that will be located on the north side of Houston. Location will be N. Spring/ The Woodlands. This is a very good area for business. It is located in a very nice complex that I have been scoping out for months. Checking in and driving through the complext at different times of the day and night. I have yet to notice any problems. The complex seems very quiet and friendly.
I'm planning on a 3 bedroom - 2 bath apartment. One room will be my office. I will fully furnish and decorate the apartment. All of your supplies needed for business will be furnished. Such as condoms, lubes, clean linens, clean towels, hygene products for the men. You will have to furnish your own personal hygene products being we all like different things.
If you are interested in renting please let me know. I will only allow up to 4 ladies to use my new Incall. I don't want it to be too busy and draw attention. All bookings for the incall will be done according to my guidelines to insure that no one is over booked or even double booked.
My new incall will not be for ladies who are high volume. I want it to be safe for all who use it. So keeping low volume and discreet is the key. I will not tolerate any fighting, drug use, or not being clean. I want this incall to be appealing for everyone who enters the front door.
