Wow, ummmmm, really? Am I totally misreading your comment, or is this really what you intended to say -- i.e., that you had a perfectly polite and curteous conversation with a potential client, and everything seemed fine, but when he suggested that he swings both ways, that was a deal-killer for you? I have to confess, I'm really new to this lifestyle, but this board is about the last place I would have expected to see such cavalier and utterly-gratuitous-to-the-topic-at-hand homophobia.
And, for the record, I'm pretty much a 0 on the Kinsey 0-6 scale, but have many GLBT friends and am a strong ally of GLBT rights, marriage equality, etc.
And, look, when it comes to how an escort defines her limits, and what she chooses to do or not do and with whom -- at the end of the day, my belief in personal bodily integrity trumps all else, and I don't believe (obviously not a legal matter, but nor do I believe as a matter of principle) that an escort is a "common carrier" to whom the civil rights laws apply.
You're certainly free to have a "no blacks" or "no Hispanics" or "no Irish" or "no bisexual men" policy, and that's obviously entirely your prerogative. But that said, it's equally my prerogative to conclude that you're a racist (in the former cases) or a homophobe (in the latter)...
anything social science or matters of how people interact and what is seen good vs bad behaviour is never objective. Can`t be. 
If you look at historical facts on how society changes, or even on how interpretations of historical facts change according belief models (which vary) the subject is in, you will find no objectivity......
