It doesn't taste nearly as good imho. The original formula could cause considerable stomach burn if you drank too much, but it was very tasty.

I am not sure I will buy any more of the new Mountain Dew.

Mountain Dew has been around quite a while. You should be able to tell the difference by now. Taste ? You would need to taste them.

Especially since you brought it up. No one else is interested.

Right. Most people stop drinking Mountain Dew when they turn 13.

Mountain Dew was one of those citrus sodas that had brominated vegetable oil in it. It has been banned several places before and just last August, the FDA said it was no longer safe for consumption. I'm betting that's part of the change.
