It is unfortunate the Democrats cannot come up with better candidates than Hillrod or Kamala.
So we end up with Mr. Trump. A bully straight out of central casting.
We can hope for the best. Especially on illegal immigration. It is a terrible problem for the border states, and for the states immigrants are bused to. Last time around Mr. Trump had the idea for a border wall. So he was trying. Unfortunately his chief strategist Steve Bannon stole a lot of the money that was to go for constructing it. (trial in December.....maybe Trump can pardon him.....again).
Trumps as dictator in chief could have his hands full with Ukraine - Russia - N Korea. And how to fit S Korea and China into the equation ? He did suggest NATO members contribute more.

The MAGA cult should not have to threaten members of their own party to get their way. I hate to break it to you but that’s fascist behavior.

That’s called representative government. If the representative isn’t acting to represent the views of his/her constituency then they get voted out. Simple as that, nothing fascist about and certainly nothing wrong with reminding representatives that their position relies on it. Ask Liz Cheney how it works, surely she’ll recall what happens when you go against the will of the people who put you there.

Trump is a drooling, failing imbecile, as we saw during the campaign. The real dicktaters are the clowns he’s sucking up to.
He’ll not live until the midterms. He’ll die of Ed Zachry’s Disease.

So the winner of all three halls of political power, secured said win from your team, in a literal and overwhelming landslide.
Makes one wonder just how bad the decision was, and by whom exactly, to install a < adjective of your choosing> candidate to oppose him instead of having it elected via primary.
Seems your voice doesn't matter to your own party.
So why should it matter to the opposition, i.e. winning, party?
I can't think of anything we should do differently.

Democrats did everything the last 4 years they said Trump was going to do if he got elected again. Merrick Garland prosecuted political enemies. FEMA wouldn't help Trump supporters in hurricane areas. They totally appointed their Presidential candidate as they didn't want to take a chance Democrat voters would vote for someone else.

None of that is true,
Trump may have won the election. But that does not legitimize lying.
Trump is a convicted felon. Period.
Trump incited an insurrection. Period.
Trump is a convicted sexual abuser. Period.
Merrick Garland is not the topic of this thread. Nor is the Democratic party.
Quit hijacking it, sir.

Responding to someone else, as you can plainly see. LOLLING!
He is an admitted dictator wannabe. Self professed.
If you can't see that, then making the others on the playground cry continues to be your goal for our republic.
Sad.
