He can always change his mind through this session. I personally find it troubling that a justice on the SCOTUS would readily accept a replacement for himself based on race and gender promised in a campaign.
Soto was such a "choice" ... and her recent mouthing off about alleged victims in the "pandemic" reveals the depth of her ignorance and outlandishly failed thought processes. That's what one gets from superficial characteristics for employees based on affirmative action standards. Someone has even suggested that Senators won't vote against a Black female!
Wokism? They won't vote before the upcoming election! The simply can't on a gender/race basis.
That's how we got a worthless idiot for a VP and Soto.

I suggested that the
Democrats believe that some Republicans will not vote against a Black female for political reasons and yes, I believe that could be true. At the very least, Democrats will use that against any Republican that does vote against a Black female ( you're a racist ) and some may ask themselves, is it worth it since it likely will happen. To believe some Republicans won't think that, would be naive at best.
I believe we will see a Black female on the court and on that, I have no problem at all. Color matters not a wit, ideology, now that's a whole different story. I just hope she is the most qualified Black female because some of the ones now under consideration are flat out un-worthy of the seat.
Tucker outlined one, using her own words on Twitter ( when will they ever learn ) not his opinion, one that might be considered who literally can't not open her mouth without the words "White Supremacy" coming out. If there is ANYTHING in the law that is not to her liking, it is because of White Supremacy, in her view. This kind of person should never be allowed on the court.
Funny fact, more Republicans support Thomas than Democrats and it has nothing to do with the color of his skin. I support Thomas, who I do believe did all the things Anita Hill said he did, some men are just crude in that way and I don't condone it, but Thomas looks at NOTHING other than the words written in the Constitution. Find a Black female willing to be that kind of judge would get my vote. If a SC Justice believes the Constitution is flawed to the point that SHE must fix it by creating new laws that are not supported by the Constitution, she or he, should not be on the court. The Legislature makes new laws, not Justices on the court.
I look forward to the questioning phase of the nominee.
