One will find "HY Spa" on the Pct4 "hit list" formerly at same location.

Not exactly a "hit list" since it covers a lot of legitimate places, like a number of Massage Envy locations, Hilton hotel, Kingwood Fitness and Sports Center, Massage Heights, YMCA, to name a few. Don't think much shady stuff is going on in the big corporate run places.


Add to that it coming from a regulatory unit, and not the vice unit I don't think this is anything near a 'hit list'.



However it is a good list to check my area for ones with a 'complaint' as a possible lead.

... an "administrative" list of inspections necessarily must have at least the appearance of a balanced and Constitutionally equal inspections and visits to avoid a discriminatory allegation.

The SO & PCT4 periodically post the sting list after the video has been released by the press to publicize their activity level, but the announcement and publicity takes 2-3 months it seems to hit the press.

2920 is a "cross-over" pathway from the West to the East of PCT4 on the Northside and Beltway 8 is their Southern pathway on which they run "traffic" also. Unfortunately, some of these "reviews" may be worthless as far as "intel" is concerned. How many "COCO"s are advertised in these "reviews"? Buyer be ware!
