My experience with her was similar to yours, including the mediocre massage and excessive personal over-sharing/conversation, EXCEPT she would do a "lymphatic massage" (i.e. rub near your balls) but said she did not do L1. That was enough for me even without taking into account the inconvenient location.

I did not return b/c that session is not my cup o' joe. But to each their own.

those are the same pics she used to post on backpage when i first moved to dfw in 2011, so they're at least a decade old.

honestly i think most reviews that claim she's L1 are really just to embarrassed to admit that they paid that much money for an L0 massage. it's like the guys that keep giving cricket in lake dallas good reviews because they paid her $180 for an L1 massage.

I received L1 from her both times I saw her but there were so many reviews that said she was L0 that I didn’t go back. Nothing worse than getting the rug pulled out from under you when you are horny.
