They write that with the help of virtual numbers you can find out where every phone call to your business comes from. This service can be extremely helpful for my company. Is it worth the time and money for good results with this tool? Who else has tried using virtual numbers?

Don't say that the solution you mentioned is bad but why don't you use the most functional service for cloud-based communication? I am talking about Voximplant. As far as I know they provide even excessive functionality like cloud call centers https://voximplant.com/solutions/cloud-call-center not to mention call tracking
