Not sure if you are talking about Texas or nationwide.

Republicans will probably pick up seats in the House at the national level. Not enough to regain control in my opinion though. I think in Texas Republicans would be happy to maintain the status quo on House seats. I live in Williamson County in Texas. When I first moved here 15 years ago, this county was as red as red can be. In 2018 the county, I believe, had more people voting Democratic than Republican. Similar trends were seen elsewhere in the state. This state is becoming more blue year by year.

When it was a trailer park area it was Democratic. The Travis County Loons moved away from the "inner city" trash they created and moved into the suburbs to distance themselves from "loud music" and stinky smoke infested air.
