It is when you have to start all over and buy everything and if you are one of the unlucky ones whose car is buried in the collapsed parking garage. In the meantime, are you not going to work? Will your boss be a nice person and let you keep your job after being absent to go move and restart or will he tell you to not come back? If you are lucky to be able to keep your job, How about income? Will he still pay you during the time you are gone or not? If it takes a week or 2 weeks to move, that's 1-2 weeks of lost income.
