15 years ago while I was still living in Minnesota and I read this in the Minneapolis Tribune.
This chick sets up a shop with the windows all blacked. the neighbors complain and the cops come around and dig in the trash and finds all kinds of used condoms. While of course it is not enough to convict someone but it IS enough to get a search warrant.

So the cops wait for a customer to arrive wait ~ 15 minutes or so and then bust in with a video camera there is this guy tied to a cross, ballgagged with nipple clamps [ a clip was shown on the 6 and 10 o'clock news]
The guy pled guilty but the lady went for a trial claiming in fact it is not prostitution but she lost.

By the way the movie Fargo while not a true story could be based on some weird crime that happened years earlier.

Finding used condoms in the trash IS enough for the Texas Licensing authority to take action.

Little known fact, the "energy" crisis which "began" in the 70's was infact caused my an increase in soiled condom removal from fueling stations. There has never been a shortage of fossil fuel, only an increase in the cost of provision as companies had to learn new ways of dealing with this new burden. After the "free love" unprotected sexual era of the 1960's society began to look for ways to be safer with the rise of the std. The "johnny hat" was the go to for most men.

This "crisis" spiked again as recently as the 2000's during the Bush / Cheney executive administration when much of the general populace was fucked. While the techniques of his predecessor were more enviromentally sound and cost effective at the "pump" there was simply not enough bbws with blue dresses to sustain that system.

On a side note, leading energy producers did try to use the residual semen from the discarded condoms as a fuel additive but ethanol proved to be cheaper.

So please, do not dump your semen sacks at the gas station.

Today I'm dropping two off at a county park.....in the black plastic trash can.
