Default A fool and our money are soon parted. Navy pays $149 a gallon for fuel.

http://freebeacon.com/issues/obama-c...49-per-gallon/

I remember when this story emerged a couple of years ago. I called Claire McCaskill of Missouri about a story that the navy was being forced to buy DFM made from algae and to develop technology to create the fuel while at sea. Of course this costs a lot of money but I was assured that it was a good idea and that the senator was very enthusiastic about it. It ended with a couple of insults and a comment about how stupid did the senator think we were and what was she getting out of this. Of course the price was much higher than even that story claimed. $149 a gallon for fuel that can be had for less than $4 a gallon and now the political angle. More corruption and cronyism. This is another fine democratic mess you've allowed the Boy-President to get the country into.

Google this story and the only websites that have it are the fringe lunatic websites. No reputable news site had this story.

"Free Beacon is an American web site that publishes news and associated content from a conservative perspective"

"The site is noted for its aggressive, ideologically driven reporting"

This is a part of the Obama agenda to force "green" shit on the people at our expense. Forcing our government to spend money we have to borrow rather than trying to figure out how to make our government and all of its branches more efficient and cost effective. You lefties bitch about military spending yet when a valid point of pure government waste is brought to the attention of others, you deflect rather than say WTF. The free market should drive the renewable bus and not our government. WE DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY.
