Anyone else addicted to Naked and Afraid?

I am hooked on that show in discovery! If you haven't caught it yet you should. It's one man and one woman in the middle of the worst areas naked with only one tool and they must survive for 21 days. The only time production intervenes is when the tap out or they need medical attention.

Say you went on there. What ONE utensil would you bring?

My answer: SHOES!!!

I love the show! I am always amazed that almost NONE of them ever make any sort of foot protection.

Although most of them are so stupid that I am surprised they survive as long as they do.

I would bring a hatchet. You can make just about anything, and splitting wood is so much easier.

Did you start watching from the beginning? What gets me is that in the earlier episodes the people actually tried to improve their situation, good shelter, fire, making tools, etc

Now, most of those idiots basically just plant their ass in the dirt and spend 21 days trying not to die from drinking contaminated water!

Also... The show needs more fucking. And every time I hear the commentator talk about the woman's lack of protein, it makes me laugh. A little sucky sucky would give her all the protein she needed!!!

Dual Survival was an excellent show and it would be nice to see it back on cable....Naked and Afraid does not have someone that was in Marine Recon, Navy Seals, or the Army Rangers in the plot for each of these groups have went through survival school and could bring a lot to the show...When I watch the show never see anyone killing the snakes and cooking them as would be done in any military training school.....

I did watch it from the beginning! And you're right the earlier pioneers were more adventurous. There are episodes where they kill snakes. It's just that not many are good at killing. Lol

I totally agree that there should be more talk about sex. I mean the man wakes up every morning with a erection and a naked woman right next to him. Did you see the episode where the guy is literally rubbing the chicks back and RIGHT when he's about to jack off he remembers that there are cameras. Lmao!!

The earlier episodes do have military people. A biracial model was a marine and she built a bad ass house. (And threatened to tear it down bc her partner was a douche) And there was the sarg that finished not only his stint but the one in amazon because the earlier two people tapped. They got torn up by bugs at night bc they couldn't build a fire. My favorite line from that episode was "I have mosquito bites in my vagina!" Ouch!!
