Here is some feedback for you... Do not accuse ECCIE hobbyists of doing exactly what you do! I felt sorry for you last week when you posted this, so I PM'd you and asked for an appointment, complete with day, date and times. You did respond and told me that you'd call me the morning of the day I requested. Well, that day has long since passed and my phone has yet to ring... So, I'd say it is you that is lacking in "booking/business acumen" NOT ECCIE hobbyists
