Sex for fun (provider thoughts, please!)...

Obviously the wonderful providers (whom I am very thankful for, whenever I happen to be single; as I currently am) are here to make ends meet... And sex is a vehicle for income- it's work- for them.

I've been curious about this lately.

Because sex is a lot of fun... In my personal opinion, it's ALWAYS better when there is no money involved, and the other individual is having sex with you because they LIKE you and want to be with you. That's not to say that hobbying isn't a TON of fun, but there is a very clear and discernable difference between "hobbying" and sex in the "real world", wouldn't you agree?

So, that being the case- how does 'sex for work' happen to affect, enhance, or diminish sex for a provider in "the real world"? Does it have any affect?

Personally, you won't find me doing my job on my time off, but then again, I'm an accountant/office manager/insurance agent- hardly the kind of job that can bring someone joy regardless of the circumstances... Does that translate to your chosen field? Or am I in left field here?

On a similar note, I'm also curious if any of you ladies have ever had an appointment with someone who was so attractive/cool/smart/funny/great in bed, etc... That you wanted to see them again in "the real world" sans the business element?

How do you handle "dating", "boyfriends", "girlfriends", etc...

I find what you do to be utterly fascinating, because it is at once an unstoppable force, for which there is ALWAYS a very high demand; and also decried by many for myriad reasons- sensical and non- so most people tend to just ignore the trials and tribulations, as it were.

Yes, I've seen 3 hobbyist/gentlemen I liked a lot OTC (the ones good at DATY) and then there are some I just really like hanging out with OTC at the strip clubs ect.

I have found I have much better sex with hobbyist than other people!

Hobbyist seem to give more in bed and are more uninhibited IMHO

I do not believe in monogamy therefore any guy I'm with knows this upfront.

I rarely date it's just to time consuming esp with teenagers.

That's very interesting... But it makes sense... When you're paying for it, you won't be shy about doing exactly what you want, and that is very freeing.

On the other hand, when it's someone that I "like", I've found that I'm hesitant to open up sexually, at least at first- for fear of turning my partner off.

That's a good point!

With me it's the complete opposite. I'm much more uninhibited when I know someone likes me for me and not just for money. I'm much more shy about what I like in a hobby setting. No matter how much I hobby I feel more at ease being with someone that just wants me.

Yeah, the overall experience is better in the "real world" (I really don't know how else to refer to it), and in the long-term it's always more satisfying to know someone on that deeper emotional level.

I was married for damn near a decade, and I can't imagine experiencing anything with a provider that comes anywhere close to what I had with my ex- and that's ok- I'm not looking for that!

But so far as a short-term experience is concerned, I've definitely found that I am less inhibited with a provider that I'm seeing/meeting for the very first time, than I am in those first few experiences with a new partner.
