Default Political corruption found in the EPA

Is anyone really surprised? Does anyone (except the leftys) accept this as normal? Apparently the EPA is not working for the American people but a small group of radical environmental groups. Of course, they started that way when William Ruckelshaus was recruited by Richard Nixon from a environmental law firm.

So screw the majority of the people and the representatives in the house, the EPA will do what they've been told by watermelons (green on the outside and red on the inside).

The EPA could be a good organization, but the way to do it would be to put Ross Perot in charge. He would kick ass on the worst polluters, and scare the others off, and do it with business like efficiency. He could probably do it with 1/3 as many workers, too.

I like this comment...

Because the environmental groupls RUN the EPA. Just another scam in the staggeringly long line of scams we have to suffer at the hands of our ultra-Left dictator. Just gotta hang on for THREE more years...then maybe we can all hold hands and leap back through the porthole from Bizarro World.

If the Lisa P Jackson scandal would have happened under a Republican President...

Also when the lawyers for the EPA basically laid down so they could make CO2 a pollutant...

Ridiculous. During Obama's shutdown was around 95% of the staff deemed "non-essential?" Cut the agency at least in half.

Why are there so many people who can't see the forest for the trees (EPA humor, get it?). The EPA has grown beyond all necessity and is looking for someone to fuck up constantly. It looks like it is our turn now. For those of you old enough, this country is so much cleaner than when I was growing up. No litter on the highways or in the parks. Lakes are no longer dead and rivers don't catch fire. The EPA could have, and should have, declared victory but an entrenched bureaucracy needs enemies in order to exist. The next president should cut the funding for the EPA and the personnel by at least half.

Why is it so hard to see? Is it really possible that some of you are so investigated in being told what to do that you can't see it. What do you say when the EPA announces that they are going to regulate dust? Nothing. You go so far as to make fun of people questioning the regulation of dust. Are you that stupid or blind?

the book of essays by leftists, democrats, radical environmentalists, criminals, college professors, murderers, socialists, communists and the like

"Imagine Living in a Socialist USA"

has the environmental agenda laid out, among other "utopian" (to them) transformations

it appears to me that the functions of government are filled with people antithetical to at least half of the American people

the various offices are populated with people ranging from union types who don't want their gold bricks shaved down even a tiny bit to radicalism filling the injustice department and the epa and the immigration office

take the irs, its a natural thing for a government union person to be against any person or group espousing a return to constitutionalism and a smaller government...so they target people who believe in and support the constitution

our country is on a path of such distrust of government by a sizeable amount of its governed that I wonder can we long endure

a person with consideration and moderation and understanding and a love of country, upon being elected president, would temper their own desires with a reasonable bi-partisanship. sadly we do not have a president with understanding, merely one with a hate yielding to a blind desire for transformation.

Is there a political entity lacking political corruption? That would be news.

The EPA in some cases wields tremendous and unreasonable power. But to say their job is done is shortsighted as well. There is plenty they can still do. Nobody should be getting rich there, keep their power in check, hire more grunts and keep cleaning.

Preemptively, yes, I'd take a grunt job myself.
