To make your case (after u get back from the banning), you need to do some research. Which was created first, the term or the web site? However, even if you make your case, and a majority of the membership supports you (doubtful), I've noticed that this site reacts to legal and financial pressure, not public outcries.
It sounds like you want to talk freely about sex, dr*gs, and rock and roll. I'm sure there are other sites where you can do that. This site caters to two out of three of those. Works for me.
