If the CIA Director says he sent out a memo that said XYZ, which he claims was his assessment, and then the Ambassador to the U.N. says she got a memo saying ABC, it is rather clear that:

1. The CIA Director is lying
2. Some between the two changed the memo language or
3. The U.N. Ambassador is lying.

That's exactly the problem LL, we would be guessing. As you have now admitted, nobody on this board has proof of what they are asserting against the O administration.
