Who has what rights?
Green card holders, VISAs, illegal aliens, naturalized citizens, and natural citizens. What are the level of rights each possesses?
We might as well toss in convicted felons and the youth.

Aren't many extra rights a citizen has over a noncitizen that's physically here.
The poll itself is pretty meaningless

Not opinions for a poll, Schwartzer.
Regardless the outcome of this poll, people's rights in this country is codified, not determined by social media rumblings.

Vote for whatever you want in this "poll." All that it will reveal is how little you know.

Huge difference in due process. They both have it but its different in each case. You can't deport an American but you can all the rest. Ask Chaplin. Reentry visa denied and he was out.
You arrest an American, there are rules about holding him or her in jail. Arrest an illegal alien and that is the extent of their due process. Visa and Green Card holders get more but not 100%.

Green cards can be revoked.
Example is several German war criminals that got sent back decades later

Accurate. Through abandonment or due process. And with abandonment there are still elements of due process

But not because of social media outcry.
There are laws covering that.

Depends on the content and whether they're here or abroad.
Social media posts can sink a visa app. If they reveal certain lies then they can also lead to a notice to revoke

If they came into the country illegally the only right they should have is the right to be thrown the fuck out.

Green cards get a bit of process.
Illegal's get none.
Asylum applicants easily fail and can be tossed especially if they snuck across, which can void the application.
Visa's there's over a dozen types, easily earn a fail by not following the visa requirements.
My point is, there are no process rights except for green cards.
That does not stop folks from filing lawsuits about this. However, once a judge looks at the facts, ie visa issue, court case is over and ICE does their thing. There is no such thing as fair, or that they've been here for decades. It is rather black and white once the individual case is looked at. And by the way, for someone that's been here for years, but never got their paperwork cleaned up, the fact that they did not, is actually a huge strike against them.

correct. also it should be noted there is no absolute right to a asylum hearing before a judge. most of these people have no legit claim to asylum and should and can be rejected at the border point of entry.

You may not recognize it, but you just described due process after stating there's no due process.

Should doesn't matter. It's about what they do and don't have as far as legal rights.
And they have more than you like.
