He did, and it was all in past tense.

Did you notice Harold Ford’s comments last night. He flat out said that he had been to 12 or more conventions, and this one was by far the best and most organized he had ever seen.

And, the speakers covered every aspect of America.

All these conventions are ridiculous. SO what if it was well organized? It did what it was supposed to do -- rally the Trump base. Nothing unexpected.
